Why Fertilizing Starts With A Soil Question

Massachusetts’ native soil is glacial till — generally sandy-to-loamy and naturally acidic, often in the 5.0-5.5 pH range straight out of the ground. Is it safe for kids and pets?

We use products labeled safe for return to the lawn once dry (typically 1-2 hours) and follow all label instructions — we’ll tell you the specific wait time after each visit.
